Easy and Time-Saving Pakistani Cooking with Mina Products!

I love cooking Pakistani food because it has so much flavor and it’s part of my identity. However, I find it challenging sometimes to cook full Paksitani dishes and manage my time as a new mother. Lately, I have been using Mina’s products because they help reduce the time of cooking along with providing great Pakistani flavors.

Here is a quick chicken karahi recipe. It will help you reduce time and create a more flavorful chicken karahi that your family will love.

Chicken Karahi Background: It’s a staple Pakistani dish that is eaten all across Pakistan with rice or naan. Chicken Karahi varies in ingredients and spices depending upon which region you are in Pakistan. I will be showcasing Lahori style Chicken Karahi, which consists of chicken being cooked in onions, red chili, and tomatoes. There are other spices you add, which will be discussed later.

I have written a detailed recipe on how to make Pakistani Chicken Karahi using Mina’s harrisa and shakshuka sauce.

Mina products can be substituted in most Pakistani dishes that require tomatoes. They take care of three things, creating a consistent tomato blend, cayenne, and garlic flavor.http://www.Mina.co
