Recipe 1: Veggie Egg Whites in a Cup
Background: I get tried of eating the same style breakfast especially when it comes to having eggs for breakfast. Recently, I discovered the easy joy of making my eggs special in less than five minutes!!! Like LAVE Cake in cup, I present to you egg whites in cup!


Ingredients
- 2 egg whites per one cup
- 1 teaspoon of oil or butter for the cup
- 1 slice of finely chopped green pepper
- 1 finely cut green onion
- red crush pepper(Optional but mandatory for all the spicy food lovers)
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- pinch of salt of taste
- pinch of basil leaves-optional
- pinch of finely cut parsley-optional
Prepration
- Lightly grease inside the cup
- Place the egg whites
- place the green pepper and onion the cup
- Add the black pepper, basil leaves, parsley, and salt in the cup
- microwave the cup for 30-50 seconds (Make sure the cup is covered)
- Ready to be served enjoy
