Dragon Beef Bites using Crescent Foods Stew Meat
Let’s impress you guest by making these amazing Naan Bites for your guest! This is an East and South Asian Fusion appetizer dish.
For Marination:
I used Crescent Foods stew meat because its already cut and very tender. This helps me process the recipe quickly and get on with my day.



Ingredients
1 pound of Crescent Stew Meat
8 mini naans (I used Aldi’s naan)
2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Egg (room temp)
½ cup All Purpose Flour
¼ cup Corn Flour
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
2 & ½ Tbsp sriracha
Salt to taste (Beware beef is salty and sriracha has salt as well)
1 & 1/2 tsp black Pepper
1 tsp red crush pepper
2 cups of your favorite shredded cheese
2 tbsp of Greek yogurt at room temperature
2 tbsp of oil
Mixing Process
-Mix soy sauce, sriracha, egg, red crush pepper, Greek yogurt, and oil all together
-Mix all the dry ingredients
-Wash and dry the stew meat
-Place the stew meat in a large bowl and add all the wet ingredients mix
– Add the dry ingredient mix
-Make your all the meat is well coated mix it at least for 5-8 minutes



– Let the marinated refrigerated for 4 hours and make sure its closed
Cooking
- Fry the beef bites on medium to high heat (20-30 minutes)
- Or Air Fry for 350C 20-30 minutes
Assembly Process
- Set them aside on paper towel
- Warm the naans on skillet low heat
- Place 4-5 pieces of stew meat on each mini naan
- Add cheese to cover the naan bites fully and up to your preference
- Heated in microwave
- Add your sauces I used Aldi’s chipotle sauce and added sriracha on top
